This is the shipping widget, not a video of one. It answers from this site and nothing else, and the interesting test is not whether it can answer a question. It is what it does when it cannot.

What you are running

The demo answers from a fixed knowledge base compiled from this site, so it costs nothing to run and cannot invent. On your own site the same widget sends the retrieved passages to your model, which writes the sentence. The refusal behaviour is identical.

## What this demo is not

There is no language model behind this page. The retrieval is real and so is the refusal, but the answers are written passages rather than generated sentences, because putting a paid model on a public demo page means either a bill that scales with strangers or a rate limit that ruins the first impression.

On your own site the model does write the sentence, in your visitor's language, from the passages this same engine retrieved. We would rather tell you that than let you assume it and feel misled later.
