One plugin, one job, per platform
DFYe automates your customer support out of your own pages, wherever those pages live. Every build is personalised to the store it is installed on, because the only content it reads is that store. The retrieval, the citation, the refusal and the handover are identical everywhere. What changes per platform is how it installs and how it reads your content.
Nothing here is installable today. DFYe is not on sale and there is no build a person can download, on any platform. This page says what it is being built for and where each one actually is, because a list of logos with no state attached is a promise dressed up as a feature.

- Which content management systems does DFYe work with?
- DFYe is not on sale and does not work on any platform yet. It is being built for WordPress and WooCommerce first, and is planned for Shopify, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Shopware, Craft CMS, Ghost and TYPO3. Webflow and Squarespace have been asked for and are not started.
- Is it one product or a different product per CMS?
- One product doing one job, with a build per platform. The retrieval, the citation, the refusal and the handover behave the same everywhere. What changes per platform is how it installs and how it reads your content.
What is identical everywhere
- It reads only what you published. Nothing in draft, nothing private, nothing marked noindex, on any platform.
- Every answer cites its page. A real link to the page the answer came from, under the answer.
- It refuses below the floor. If nothing on your site is close enough to the question, it says so instead of inventing an answer.
- It hands over. What it will not answer goes to a person, with the question and the pages it looked at attached.
- Your key, your bill. Conversations go from your site to your own model provider. Nothing routes through us.
