What a site chatbot is, and what changes per platform
A site chatbot reads your own pages and answers questions about them. That much is the same on every platform. What changes is what else it can reach: a WooCommerce install can hand it order status and stock, Shopify exposes a different set through its own APIs, and a plain HTML site gives it pages and nothing more. This hub covers the category itself, and is the place to start if the word chatbot still covers four different products in your head. DFYe does not ship yet, so nothing here is a pitch.
